Short Biography
Minji Kang is a South Korean US based film director. She came to America in 2000 to attend Tabor Academy. She received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) with a focus on Film Art and Aesthetics. She then continued her artistic development at Columbia University's, MFA Graduate Film Directing program. She dedicated herself at Columbia to learning the craft of writing and to understanding what it means to create, while receiving the SAIC Enrichment scholarship as well as the Columbia TOMS scholarship.
