Short Biography
A native of Michigan, Shelby Fenner got her start as a model working in Miami, New York City, and Milan. Unfulfilled by the superficial life of modelling, Shelby moved to Los Angeles where she began her acting career, landing her first role in the Fox pilot An American Town starring opposite Jonathan Taylor Thomas. She continued to build her career with starring roles on hit shows like, The Mentalist, CSI, and Without A Trace and was most recently on the period drama Magic City for the Starz Network.Her feature film credits include the box office hits Vantage Point and The Guardian, alongside Oscar nominees Sigourney Weaver and Kevin Costner.She and her partner, Shaun Majumder, (Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, 24, The Firm) teamed up to write and produce the award-winning comedic short film Mind the Gap, directed by Majumder and starring Fenner along with Kumar Pallana (The Royal Tannenbaums and The Terminal).Shelby and Shaun continue to write and create together.
