Matthew Thomas Skiba (born February 24, 1976) is an American musician, singer and songwriter best known for his role as the co-lead vocalist and guitarist of the punk rock band Alkaline Trio, with whom he has recorded eight studio albums. Skiba is also currently recording with blink-182, following the second departure of founding guitarist and vocalist Tom DeLonge although his position in the band as a permanent member is yet to be confirmed.
