Andrew Cheng Kar-foo (Chinese: 鄭家富) (born 28 April 1960 in Hong Kong) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the New Territories East geographical constituency. He was a founder member of the Democratic Party, a member of Southern District Council between 1994 to 1999. He has been a member of Tai Po District Council since 1999.
