Jaroslav Kristek (born March 16, 1980 in Gottwaldov, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech ice hockey right wing. He was drafted in the second round, 50th overall, by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. He won a Slovnaft Extraliga championship with HC Košice in 2010–11, and currently plays for HC Lev in the KHL.
