Kenneth Howard "Ken" Norton, Jr. (born September 29, 1966) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League and the current defensive coordinator for the Oakland Raiders. Previously, he was a linebackers coach and the assistant head coach for defense for the USC Trojans, then the linebackers coach for the Seattle Seahawks. He was the first NFL player to win a Super Bowl ring in three consecutive years. Norton played college football at UCLA as a linebacker.
