Moore is the daughter of saxophonist Teddy Hill and R&B singer Bonnie Davis. She is best known for the voice of the Whippet Angel in All Dogs Go to Heaven, and Tibi the Take it Back Butterfly in Yakety Yak, Take it Back, and Trash Talk.
