From London`s Sunday Times Rich List 2004, prior to his marriage to Lisa B:"Appearances in the gossip columns are more frequent than the property pages nowadays for Bilton, 39, whose former squeeze was It girl Tara Palmer-Tomkinson. His latest romantic interest is model and actress Lisa B who played Hugh Grant`s American girlfriend in the film Bridget Jones`s Diary. She told a reporter recently that she and Bilton were ready to start a family. If he plans to ditch his reputation as a party animal and "squire to some of London`s canniest socialites", he can settle down in comfort. He owns a Belgravia house and a 50-room Buckinghamshire stately home that he bought for £2.75m in 2001. Bilton is an heir to property millions through the Percy Bilton company, which his grandfather had built into a sizeable quoted group by the time of his death in 1983. The business was taken over in 1998 by Slough Estates for £270m after a bitter battle. The Bilton family`s 29.4% stake, held via Glenhazel Investment Trust, was turned into Slough shares. In 1999, their holding was sold for £71.68m. Bilton, when not on squiring duties, is also a bit of a chip off the old block. His Raven Property Group showed £1m profit on £6.9m sales in 2002-03 and is busy with developments throughout the UK. He has a host of other investments, ranging from the purchase of old hospitals to upmarket housebuilders. With these assets and the Slough sale proceeds, we reckon the family is easily worth £100m. Bilton has two children from his marriage to his first wife Anna."
