Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu (born Bianca Odinaka Olivia Onoh, 5 August 1967) is a Nigerian businesswoman and lawyer, best known as the first African to win Miss Intercontinental. Formerly Nigeria's Senior Special Assistant on Diaspora Affairs and the country's ambassador to Ghana and Spain, she is now Nigeria's permanent representative to the United Nations World Tourism Organization.
