Chloe Wilde is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in Canadian television. In less than a year she went from being knee deep in textbooks to holding a prestigious VJ position at Canada’s iconic MuchMusic headquarters in Toronto – only to be swept up soon after by E! Canada.Chloe’s ability to instantly and genuinely connect with people allows her to thrive in all interview situations. Whether the conversation is serious in nature or requires witty banter, she can handle it in stride. She has interviewed some of the biggest names in pop culture: Joan Rivers, Kings of Leon, Daniel Radcliffe, 50 Cent, Jake Gyllenhal, and Julianne Moore, to name just a few. Chloe has covered everything from movies, fashion, and music, bringing viewers up close and personal at events such as TIFF, Toronto Fashion Week, and the MTV Video Music Awards. Always eager for a last minute red-eye to Los Angeles or New York City for the hottest blockbuster junkets, she has sat face-to-face with the cast of Tammy, That Awkward Moment, and The Five Year Engagement.With a keen interest in science, Chloe embarked on a path that earned her a B.Sc from McGill University in her hometown of Montreal. When she wasn’t in class, Chloe worked part-time as a model and for AskMen as the host for their webseries ‘The Daily Brief’, where she was exposed to an entirely different world that ignited a dormant dream. When MuchMusic announced their search for the next VJ, Chloe recognized her chance and leapt at the opportunity. Her audition tape, outlining “a typical day in the life of Chloe”, won over the audiences hearts immediately. Never losing sight of who she was, Chloe earned a reputation throughout the competition as the resident sweetheart while beating out thousands of applicants to take home the coveted job.The skills Chloe developed while earning her degree at one of the top universities of the world have molded her into the host she is today: a resilient, hard-working individual who will never shy away from wild adventures into unknown territory.
