Choi Sook-ie (also Choi Sug-i, Korean: 최 숙이; born February 17, 1980 in Incheon) is a South Korean judoka, who competed in the women's heavyweight category. She picked up a total of fifteen medals in her career, including a silver from the 2002 Asian Games in Busan, and also finished seventh in the over-78 kg division at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
