Ernst Joubert (born 5 August 1980 in Ceres, Western Cape) is a South African rugby union player. He plays at Number Eight for Saracens in the Aviva Premiership. He is the vice captain of the Saracens team. He also qualifies to play for England on residency grounds, although he hasn't appeared in any squads.
