Short Biography

Jacky Lai is a stunning beauty whose contagious smile and bubbly personality on and off screen have landed her countless opportunities. The young actress has had a successful career to date and is only growing in her accomplishments. Jacky is a Toronto native who had everything she needed on the east coast, supportive friends and family and a stable and growing career in developing small businesses. But she knew that her passion for acting was too great to set aside as a hobby. In the summer of 2014, Jacky made a quick and swift decision to move across the country to Vancouver, leaving everything and everyone she knew behind. After weeks of meetings, Jacky signed with RED Management which marked a new chapter in her endeavor. Since her move to Vancouver, Jacky has appeared on The CW’s “The Flash” and has traveled to Ireland and Los Angeles to work with some of Hollywood's biggest names. She has had a successful career as a model, starring in numerous advertising campaigns for Canadian and U.S. companies such as Axe Deodorant, Chevrolet, Dentyne Ice, Subway Restaurant, and Acura, amongst others. Up next Jacky guest stars on the new CBS series “Ransom” and coming in January 2017 she can be seen as Riley, a passionate party girl with a wild streak, on Freeform’s new series “Beyond”. “Beyond” is a one- hour drama about a young man who wakes up from a coma after 12 years and discovers new supernatural abilities that propel him into the middle of a dangerous conspiracy.
