Jeanetta Jones is a native of Plainview, TX and she graduated from The University Of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast News, Wanting to report the weather, She worked in Macon, GA, TV station reporting on everything including the weather, on her next job in Spartansburg, NC, a temporary fill in weekend weather job turned into two years, and She worked at WSPA as a talk host show and a meteorologist. Then she worked at The Weather Channel in 1986, Since 1986 to 2006, she covered hurricanes, severe weather and a member of The American Meteorological Society seal of approval and a member of The National Weather Association, in 2006, Jeanetta suffered a serious car accident and had serious injuries, and She left The Weather Channel in 2006 and was married for 12 years.
