Short Biography

Jenny Sinkaberg is a professional fashion model. She was born in Oslo, Norway in 1992. Growing up she was a tomboy with no interest in fashion or modeling. Finally a local photographer told her that if she didn't contact an agency, he would do it for her.She is best known for her eyes and her legs. She has been specifically used in many shoots for her intense look, but innocent pale blue eyes. She is represented by IMG Models. She is frequently seen on the social scene with model friends like Valerija Kelava, Julia Nobis, Linnea Regander, and Angelika Kocheva.In 2009, at the age of seventeen, Sinkaberg was signed by IMG Worldwide. In September of that year she debuted at the Spring Les Copains show at Milan Fashion Week. In October of 2009 she walked in shows for Balenciaga, Miu Miu, Sonia Rykiel, Valentino, Kenzo and Giambattista Valli in Paris Fashion Week. To finish out 2009, in December she was featured in an editorial for Dazed & Confused, photographed by Kacper Kasprzyk.Sinkaberg kicked off 2010, closing the Spring Valentino couture show in Paris. In February she appeared in Chinese Vogue, in an editorial photographed by Daniel Jackson. She also opened the Fall Richard Chai LOVE show in New York City. Later that year she was photographed by Josh Olins for the Spring issue of AnOther magazine. In May, Will Davidson photographed her for another Dazed & Confused editorial.In July 2010, Sinkaberg walked the Valentino Couture show for Paris Fashion Week and appeared in the Summer issue of “10”. This spread was photographed by Alexi Hay. September 2010 saw her opening the Spring Tod Lynn and Marios Schwab shows in London. She also closed the show for Ann Demeulemeester.In January 2011, she walked the Spring Valentino Couture show in Paris again to great success. She was also featured that year in editorials for Elle and Italian Vogue.In her spare time, Sinkaberg both breeds and shows Dalmatian dogs, a passion that she has had since she was a young girl.
