James Patrick "Jim" Tressel (born December 5, 1952) is an American college administrator and former college football coach who served as head coach of the Youngstown State Penguins from 1986 to 2000 and the Ohio State Buckeyes from 2001 to 2010, winning five national championships between the two schools. Tressel is currently the president of Youngstown State University (YSU).
