Kumara "Kumar" Chokshanada Sangakkara (Sinhalese: කුමාර සංගක්කාර; born 27 October 1977) is a former professional Sri Lankan cricketer, and former captain of the Sri Lankan national team. He is widely regarded as one of the world's most influential cricketers.
