Geophysicist & Food Scientist | Vienna, AustriaKurt Schmnidinger is a geophysicist and nutritionist at the University of Vienna. He researches the ecological consequences of factory farming particularly in relation to climate change, the land use and water consumption. With his project “Future Food” he explores alternatives to animal-based foods.
