Elizabeth "Liz" Fuller (born 30 December 1975) is a Welsh Television presenter, actress, model and media personality, who is also known for being Miss Great Britain 1996 – 97, part of the Miss Universe franchise. Fuller is the former owner of the Miss Great Britain pageant from September 2009 to January 2011. She launched her own competition of the Miss British Empire beauty pageant in 2011.
