Ryan Timothy Tannehill III (born July 27, 1988) is an American football quarterback for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Dolphins eighth overall in the 2012 NFL Draft. He played college football at Texas A&M. On December 6th, 2015, Tannehill became just the fourth quarterback in NFL history to throw for over 3, 000 yards in each of his first four seasons in the league, joining Peyton Manning, Andy Dalton, and Cam Newton.
