Scott Rayow (born June 4, 1964 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA), sometimes credited as Scottie Ray, is a voice actor who normally voices characters for properties of Walt Disney Pictures, 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media and NYAV Post. He is best known for voicing Zane Truesdale in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and the The Shredder in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
