Short Biography
Lavell Webb (born August 31, 1975[citation needed]) known by his stage name City Spud, is a member of the rap music group St. Lunatics. He`s featured on Nelly`s hit single "Ride Wit Me." He is Nelly`s half-brother, and in 2000 was sentenced to 10 years imprisomnent for first-degree assault. Since then Nelly and the St. Lunatics have campaigned for his release. They have titled their group album Free City. In July 2008, he was released from prison.
