Elisabeth Seitz (born 4 November 1993) is a German gymnast. She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics and finished in ninth place with the German team. Individually she was sixth on uneven bars and tenth all-around. She was the silver medalist in the all-around competition at the 2011 European Championships. She has an uneven bars element named after her, a twisting transition from low to high.
