Jamie Reynolds (born Jamie Oliver Jack Reynolds July 29th, 1980 in Bournemouth, England) is co-vocalist and bass guitarist of London-based band Klaxons.ContentsJamie grew up near Bournemouth, spent his early 20s in Southampton, and was active in many bands from his early teens, most notably Thermal, Real/Sweet/Deal, and Sweet Sweet Cheree. He dropped out of studying Philosophy at the University of Greenwich, instead working in a succession of record shops. On being made redundant he spent his redundancy money on creating a studio rehearsal space with Angular Recording Corporation founder Joe Daniel.
