Short Biography

Leading Health and Fitness Expert, Charles Wahlheim grew up in a big family on the beaches of California, the son of a newspaper publisher. He developed into a world-class athlete, and became a college basketball player in Colorado was an Academic All-American with degrees in communication and business.An ankle injury transitioned his athletic career to a print career and Charles became the face, body, and image for dozens of companies from around the world including Harlequin, Daewoo, Puma, Coors, Bally's, Men's Fitness, Joop, the award winning Heineken billboard campaigns and magazines such as Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar, Men's Vogue, etc.Charles is one of the top-selling calendar cover models in the world. As an actor, he has starred in numerous films and television shows opposite some of the biggest names in Hollywood.Throughout his modeling and acting career, Charles continued to pursue his greatest passion of all, understanding health in its wholeness --- body, mind, and spirit. At the height of his career, Charles suffered a near fatal exposure to mercury, leaving him almost blind. His determination to survive, coupled with his extensive knowledge of health empowered him to search for answers and take appropriate action to claim his birthright to health.Today, Charles is not only fully recovered, but draws from his personal experiences and extensive academic studies, which span all four corners of the world, to help others suffering from chronic degenerative diseases to embrace health empowerment and claim back their birthright to health.
