Short Biography

Alexandra was 13 when she was discovered by an agent from West Svenska modeling when she played handball. She was a bit young, but a year later it was set up a meeting with Eileen Ford, she was looking for new models. Eileen was thrilled this gorgeous girl to want Alexandra over to New York for test firing.Three years after she was discovered, she was encouraged to participate in the Swedish model contest Supermodel of the World in 1989, she won and would now represent Sweden in the international final. It was the Norwegian girl Synne Myrebøe who won the competition, but Alexandra did strongly and took home second place and received a three-year contract with Ford modeling agency at a value of $ 150, 000 dollars.Alexandra worked in New York throughout the fall of 1989 before she drove towards Europe, Paris and later to Milan in 1990. She has worked for Italian Vogue and Swedish Elle and she has done great work for clothes firm Bik Bok and Poco Loco.
