Short Biography
The sisters Chloe, Poppy and Cara Delevingne were expensively schooled. First at Frances Holland School for Girls near Sloane Square, where they stood out for being particularly skinny, leggy and gorgeous even in a school full of skinny, leggy and gorgeous girls. Poppy and Cara went to the progressive boarding school Bedales, whereas their elder sister Chloe joined the sixth form of the Buckinghamshire boarding school Stowe. She dated fellow Stowe ex-pupil Louis Buckworth while she gained a degree in biomedical sciences from University College London. They were married in 2008 at St Paul’s Cathedral and their guests included Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, Joan Collins, Sarah Ferguson and her daughters Beatrice and Eugenie. Only 17 months later the marriage was over. Chloe fell for Ed Grant, once her husband’s best friend. Her friends said that she only fell for Grant after the marriage had foundered. Chloe and Grant are still together and she is planning to start a course in midwifery next year. ‘She is the brainy one and she works very hard, ’ a family friend said.
