Short Biography

Antonella Steni was born on December 3, 1926 in Montefiascone, Lazio, Italy as Antonietta Stefanini.She is an actress, known for The Tiger and the p*ssycat (1967), Scanzonatissimo (1963) and Le 7 cinesi d'oro (1967).Her artistic career began at a very early age in theater and roles of the light variety.In 1952, with the advent of television and before the radio, she entered the Society of Musical Comedy Theatre on Radio Rome.She often worked alongside brilliant leading actors, especially with her friend Elio Pandolfi in the sixties. She and Pandolfi worked successfully in satirical music magazines, which included Scanzonatissimo and Urgentissimo of Dino Green.In the eighties she created a successful and long-lived theater company along with Riccardo Garrone.Partner Antonella Steni was Renato Cortesi in the shows The Middle Aged Lady (1997) and Suck ... Powder Stars (2000).
