Dmitry Yevgenyevich Rybolovlev (Russian: Дмитрий Евгеньевич Рыболовлев; born 22 November 1966) is a Russian businessman, investor, and philanthropist. Rybolovlev owned the potash producer Uralkali and in 2011 became the majority owner and President of the French football club AS Monaco. His 25-year-old daughter Ekaterina Rybolovleva is a well known socialite.
