Emily Faulkner

Short Biography

Emily teaches Drama/Musical Theatre classes in Falmouth, IDTA classes in Truro and assists in Stephanie’s Truro “Show-Time” classes. She has a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts achieving Triple Distinction with 100% BTEC points. Emily also achieved high distinctions at Grade 5 and 8 in Musical Theatre Singing.Emily’s love of the theatre began at the age of 3 when she played a little lightning bolt in her playgroup and since then she hasn’t stopped! Emily joined Cornwall Dance and Drama at the age of 18 in Stephanie’s academy where she played ‘Mama Rose’ in the musical ‘Gypsy’. She was so inspired by the talent and confidence she gained and now 4 years on she is able to inspire others through teaching.Emily’s love of Cornwall is just as big as her love for the performing arts and she is honored to have performed in beautiful Cornish locations such as the famous Minack Theatre and The Hall For Cornwall.Emily has worked with many theatre companies down in Cornwall. The most recent being Rogue Theatre Company, shows include; Winter Wood and the Wild Woodland Summer Ball.Emily also offers children’s entertainment for parties and special occasions.
