James Ward (born 9 February 1987 in London) is a British tennis player. He is British No. 4 behind Andy Murray, Aljaž Bedene and Kyle Edmund and enjoys playing on clay more than any other surface. He reached the quarterfinals of the 2010 Aegon International and the semifinals of the 2011 Aegon Championships as a wildcard entry. His best Grand Slam performance to date was reaching the third round of Wimbledon in 2015.
