Kelly Elizabeth Parsons (born January 23, 1964, Coral Gables, Florida) is a former American actress and model. She won the Our Little Miss pageant in 1975, which led to her being chosen as one of the Mouseketeers in the 1977-79 revival of the New Mickey Mouse Club and following this she attending Emerson Elementary School in Miami with her sister Kim.
