Marc Scott Emery (born February 13, 1958) is a Canadian cannabis activist, entrepreneur, and politician. Often described as 'the Prince of Pot', Emery has been a notable advocate of international cannabis policy reform. He has been active in the New Democratic Party, the Freedom Party of Canada, the Unparty, and the Marijuana Party of Canada, as well as the British Columbia Marijuana Party, and the Green Party of British Columbia.
