Mat McBriar (born 8 July 1979) is a former Australian born player who played American football in the National Football League (NFL). McBriar played college football for the University of Hawaii. He was signed by the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent in 2003, and he played for the Cowboys for eight seasons, the Philadelphia Eagles in 2012, the Pittsburgh Steelers for part of the 2013 season, and the San Diego Chargers for part of the 2014 season. On the 22nd of July 2015 he announced his retirement after 12 NFL seasons.
