Short Biography

New breakout artist and teen singer-songwriter Nicollette Varanelli www.youtube.com/nicollettesings & www.myspace.com/nicollettesings has been singing, writing music and modeling for 10 years. She`s a rarity in the fact that not only is she easy on the eyes but can really bring the vocals. Raised in Dobbs Ferry, New York, she has done music projects for Universal Records and performed mostly in New York area clubs and TV shows. Nicollette is working with several platinum winning producers and vocal coach Don Lawrence (Mick Jagger, Whitney Houston, Lady GaGa) to deliver her unique brand of rock pop and R & B. Her unique soulful voice and dynamic stage presence sit complimentary to being a role model off-stage with her fans. Nicollette is a rarity in that respect. Her recent decision to contribute all of her current album’s proceeds to St. Judes Hospital in Memphis and perform at charity events is telling of this as she hopes to be a positive influence, especially for young women. Spending much of her time in the recording studio and with her NY/CT based band, she is working on projects with several major music labels, television producers and modeling agencies. Nicollette will be also representing the Marilyn Monroe clothing line available in upscale clothing stores in the Spring of 09 with Amiat.
