Nigel Timothy Godrich (born 28 February 1971 in Westminster, London) is an English recording engineer, record producer and musician. He is best known for his work with the English rock band Radiohead, with whom he has produced seven albums; he is sometimes referred to as the "sixth member" of the band. Other acts Godrich has worked with include Paul McCartney, Travis, Beck, Ride, Pavement, Air, Natalie Imbruglia, The Divine Comedy, U2 and R.E.M. He is a member of Atoms for Peace (with Radiohead's Thom Yorke) and Ultraísta.
