Peter Hughes (born 20 May 1922) is an English actor. In the 1950s, he was a stalwart of the Richmond Theatre repertory company with actress Anne Ridler. He played a recurring role as a bank manager in the BBC television series Bergerac and played General Franco in Alan Parker's 1996 film adaptation of Evita.
