Stefan Ustorf (born January 3, 1974 in Kaufbeuren, West Germany) is a German former professional ice hockey player who played predominately in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL). He played briefly in the National Hockey League with the Washington Capitals following his selection in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. After a few years in the minors, he returned to play hockey in Germany.
