Taneish Simpson was born on December 14, 1984 to Joan and Jeremiah Simpson. She was raised in a small town called St. Margarets Bay in Portland, Jamaican. Taneish simpson moved to the U.S. in 1991. She had dreams of becoming a gymnast the age of 13. She was then introduced to the Modeling industry at the age of 16, after winning a National Model Search competition in South Florida. As her resume grew over the years with magazine prints and runway shows, in 2009/2010 she was offered a television personality role to appear on Vh1’s hit Reality Show. Taneish also known as Lava has Television Personality Star Actress and International Model. Taneish Simpson has recently signed with a new Management Team in NYC with multiple projects on this year's agenda.
