He would have her practice everyday to develop her singing prowess. Her first sang on stage at age 6 in a Anniversary & B-day of her Mother. Vangie sang " Own my Own" by Mau Marcelo. At Age 8, Mother Virgie would accompany her to auditions for different contest in Davao City. Vangie became part of kiddie shows in Davao. In between auditions, She would perform at shopping malls, School Programs, etc..
