She turned professional in 2004 and she achieved a career-best ranking of No. 87 in the world on January 30, 2012. Dubois was named Female Player of the Year by Tennis Canada at two occasions (2005, 2007). Dubois retired after the 2014 Coupe Banque Nationale in September.
