Troy Boleyn

Short Biography

Troy was born in Iowa. From the age of 15 he's been involved in entertainment as an actor and musician. He spent 16 years bouncing around internationally, having lived in Poland on a long term basis, as well as Scotland and Bulgaria.He's served in the US military, training with the Army, Navy and Marines as a medic. He was awarded a Warfare badge for Fleet Marine Force as a Corpsman in 2002. He was qualified an expert rifle and expert pistol.Since leaving the military he has worked in various fields, including medicine (Surgical Tech, Dementia Care Specialist, Residential Treatment Counselor, Mental Health Tech), education (ESL and Drama Teacher), and was a professional luthier in the Custom Shop of Mayones Guitars and Basses in northern Poland throughout 2013. He still designs guitar electronics and pickups, and has been working on guitars since age 16. He has also started a career in international film and television, having worked in various American and Polish TV shows and films since 2004.He has not completed a college degree yet, but has trained and certified in Surgical Technology in the US, Dementia care and SIA Security in Scotland, and has a desire to complete a degree in Psychology and Counter-Intelligence.He has one daughter, Emilia Luna Boleyn, born in Poland in 2011. He has been married once (not to the mother of his child). The marriage ended due to his service in the military.Resides in Denton, TX, where he's working as a voice-over artist for Young Digital Planet and Educativo in Poland through his own studio. He also has a local job at University Behavioral Health as a Mental Health Tech. He has been approached to join local Dallas area rock bands and has considered seeking an agent in the Dallas area to return to Film/TV part time.
